If you have happy memories of Trigonos or any other training centre that you have attended with CMRP Bangor and you would like to build more, we would love to see you at a FoB (Friends of Bangor) event.  Likewise, if you are interested in learning more about becoming a member, attending one of the events as a non-member is a great opportunity to see what this community is all about.

The events below are listed in chronological order (scroll down for on-going events such as Monthly drop-ins and Sitting groups).  Don’t forget to also check the Events by Members page for events held by Friends of Bangor members in your local area.  If you are a FoB member and would like to list your event, please let us know at info@friendsofbangor.org and we will add it to the page.

Following the successful launch of the Virtual Connection Event on 15th January, Catherine Fortin is pleased to announce that the next virtual event will take place on Tuesday 26th February from  12.30pm till 1.30pm.  The theme of the session is:

To Be Decided.

JOIN THE MEETING – CLICK HERE

Catherine Fortin will continue to host the session and this week To Be Decided will facilitate.  We will start at 12.30pm with a mindfulness practice, followed by a  discussion on the above subject (bring all your ideas, suggestions and questions!) and we will close with another practice.

CMRP is pleased to support this event by providing us access to the Zoom facility and this is a great opportunity to engage with the Friends of Bangor community via an online forum.  This event is open to all members of Friends of Bangor and a perfect opportunity to share ideas and practice together.  There is no need to register – simply join us online on the day.  To join the meeting on a computer or mobile device click here. To join by phone, the meeting ID is 583 835 756 and phone numbers are provided on our Zoom installation page.  Click here to download the meeting invite to your computer.

Please do get involved and let us know if there are particular topics that you would like to see covered.  This is intended to be a Community project (running every 2 weeks on a Tuesday lunchtime) so if anyone would like to volunteer to facilitate a session (it’s only one hour and would be on Zoom), please let us know and we will pass your details on to Catherine.  We look forward to seeing you at the next event!
